Building a Successful Marketing Mix for Automotive Repair

In the basics of marketing – the marketing mix is defined as being comprised of 4 components – Product, Price, Place and Promotion. As in any other effort – focusing on the basics will result in a firm foundation from which to grow. Developing a solid product or service offering, developing a sound pricing strategy, providing convenient access to your services and promoting it effectively will lead to success. The marketing mix is often summarized as “The right product at the right price in the right place using the right promotion”. It’s important that all components of the marketing mix be given their just attention. Focusing on one or two components while ignoring others will result in a less than effective service offering. The marketing mix is referred to as the 4Ps of marketing:
